Bonding of GFRP Sandwich Panels
Our company provides high-quality bonding services for sandwich panels with GFRP (glass-fiber reinforced plastic) surfaces, using state-of-the-art technology and advanced machinery. We operate four large vacuum presses, each measuring 3000 mm x 9500 mm, digitally controlled and equipped with laser-guided adhesive application systems to ensure precision and consistently high quality.
Optimized Bonding Process
The bonding process is tailored to the specific requirements of each panel, especially when working with GFRP surfaces, which require specialized handling techniques. Depending on the complexity of the panel and the number of reinforcements, curing times for the adhesive range from 1 hour for simple panels to up to 3 hours for more complex constructions. Every step is digitally monitored, and each panel receives a detailed printout documenting the full bonding history.
Flexible Core Material Options
We offer various core materials to meet individual needs, including EPS, XPS, PUR, or PIR – customized for insulation, strength, and weight requirements.
Standard GFRP Stock Materials
We keep a wide range of high-quality GFRP sheets in stock, available in thicknesses of 0.8 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.8 mm, and 2.0 mm, with heights up to 3000 mm – all supplied in rolls. This ensures fast and efficient processing of both small and large-scale orders.
Reliability Through Experience
You can rely on our proven technology, extensive expertise, and rigorous quality control. Our GFRP sandwich panels stand out for their durability, dimensional accuracy, and clean finish – ideal for vehicle construction, container systems, and other specialized applications.
