We operate four large vacuum presses, each with dimensions of 3000mm x 9500mm, which are digitally controlled and equipped with laser-guided adhesive application, ensuring precision and high-quality results.

Bonding Process

The bonding process is tailored to the specific requirements of each wall, depending on its complexity and the number of reinforcements. The adhesive curing time is adjusted accordingly – for simple walls, the curing time can be as short as 1 hour, while for more complex structures, it may take up to 3 hours. Every stage of the process is computer-monitored, and each wall receives a detailed printout of the entire bonding history, ensuring full control over quality and durability.

Material Options

We offer various core materials for the walls, including EPS, XPS, PUR, or PIR, depending on the client’s specific needs and technical requirements.

Standard Materials

We keep standard thicknesses of aluminum sheets in stock: 0.8mm, 1.2mm, and 1.5mm, with a height of 2500mm, available in rolls. This allows us to process orders quickly and efficiently.
