Warranty Terms of Unicorn Automotive sp. z o.o.

In case of any warranty and guarantee matters, Unicorn Automotive sp. z o.o. must be notified immediately. The execution of warranty and guarantee work by third-party companies requires prior written consent from the Service Department of Unicorn Automotive sp. z o.o..

Warranty Period
Unicorn Automotive sp. z o.o. provides its customers with a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery for vehicle bodies concerning any defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty period for replaced parts that have been replaced under warranty or guarantee claims ends on the day the warranty period for the respective item has expired.
Further or other claims, especially those for replacement of damages outside the purchased item, are excluded.

Expiration of Warranty
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by:
· Improper installation and connection
· Improper commissioning and operation
· External influences such as fire, water, hail, abnormal environmental conditions
· Mechanical damage due to accident, fall, or impact
· Negligent or willful destruction
· Normal wear and tear
· Failure to comply with the maintenance intervals prescribed by Unicorn Automotive sp. z o.o.
· Repair / maintenance / service by unqualified persons
· Use of parts from external sources, as well as defects in the construction caused by them. Accessories that were not factory-installed and/or supplied
· No warranty claims exist for hidden defects that were not detectable at the time of delivery of the vehicle and appear later.
No warranty claims apply to consumables, e.g., fuses, batteries, light bulbs, etc.
Exceeding any maintenance intervals will result in the expiration of the warranty claim for the respective component.

Warranty Services
For the duration of the warranty, we will eliminate any defects in the product that are proven to be caused by a material or manufacturing error. We undertake, at our discretion, to replace the defective product free of charge with a non-defective product or to repair it.
In any case, the manufacturer may decide whether the repair should be carried out at the manufacturer’s site or at another location by an authorized partner of the manufacturer. Both technical aspects and costs must be taken into account.
This warranty does not affect statutory rights, particularly warranty claims against the seller of the vehicle and potential claims under the Product Liability Act against Unicorn Automotive sp. z o.o. as the manufacturer.
