Crash-Tested Safety – Containers Built to Withstand the Extreme

At Unicorn Automotive, safety is more than just a promise – it’s a commitment. That’s why our medical and special-purpose containers have undergone rigorous crash testing in collaboration with two reputable partners: Autoform Sp. z o.o. in the Czech Republic and AMZ Kutno in Poland.

The crash test involved mounting a container on a sled, accelerating it to 100 km/h, and then stopping it instantly – simulating the brutal forces of a real collision.

We performed a full series of five dynamic impact tests:

• Frontal impact
• Rear impact
• Side impact (right side)
• Side impact (left side)
• Roof impact (container tipped onto its side)

All tests were successfully passed, with no structural damage, no deformation of critical components, and full integrity of the internal space.
